Sibylle is a self-taught artist for whom vision and visual representation are one and the same.

Overawed and fascinated by the majesty and subtlety of the natural world, her works highlight her subjects with the utmost empathy and her subjects are the benefactors of her idealism.

Born in Belgium and a childhood in France, Sibylle has chosen Santa Fe, New Mexico as her home where she paints and draws (pointillism) while sharing her work online. Her paintings and drawings are in private collections throughout the US and Europe.

Concerned with the detrimental effects of humanity on the natural world, Sibylle's artworks are set pieces that illustrate the beauty and the tragedy that surrounds us in the modern world.
